Where can I purchase an Auntie Anne’s Gift Card?
Auntie Anne’s Gift Cards and eGift Cards are available for consumer gifting and self-use and are available for bulk purchase with a $500 minimum spend requirement. GoTo Foods gift cards are also available in a growing number of third-party retail locations, online marketplaces, and consumer incentive programs.

Are Auntie Anne’s Gift Cards reloadable?
Cards purchased in our brand restaurants, bakeries, and shoppes are reloadable in-store only. Cards purchased at third party retail locations or at online marketplaces are not reloadable.

How can I check the balance of my Gift Card?
Your gift card balance can be checked online, in-store, or by calling Customer Service at 678-799-7415.

Where can I redeem Auntie Anne’s Gift Cards?
Auntie Anne’s Gift Cards are currently redeemable at participating Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky’s locations in the U.S. Gift Cards can also be redeemed online for Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky’s, and in-app for Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, and Moe’s Southwest Grill.

If my Gift Card does not have a PIN code, can I still redeem it online?
No, PIN codes are required for online redemption of gift cards. If your card does not have a PIN, you can redeem it in a restaurant location or request a replacement card by calling us at 678-799-7415.

Can I get cashback or a refund on an Auntie Anne’s Gift Card?
Auntie Anne’s Gift Cards cannot be refunded unless otherwise required by law. If your card balance falls below the requirement for cashback requirements in your resident state, please call Customer Service at 678-799-7415 to process your request. Cashback requests are processed via check and can take up to 2-3 weeks to be received.

What should I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. Please protect your Gift Card like cash. However, if you have proof of purchase, contact customer service at 678-799-7415 for assistance. With proof of purchase, we may be able to locate your original card number, cancel it and issue you a new gift card for that value.

Can I use my Auntie Anne’s Gift Card on Merchandise?
At this time, Auntie Anne’s Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for merchandise.

Can I use my Auntie Anne’s Gift Card on a Catering order?
At this time, Auntie Anne’s Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Catering orders for any of our brands.
