How do I request a donation from a Jack in the Box restaurant?
Because most Jack in the Box restaurants are independently operated, sponsorships and donations for local events are at the discretion of each Jack in the Box Operator. Please contact your local Jack in the Box restaurant manager to discuss potential opportunities to raise funds for a school or local charity. How do I apply for a job?

How can I update my profile?
Mobile App – Tap the three lines on the top left corner of the mobile app, then tap “Account Details” to update your profile.
Website – Click on your name on the top right of the website, then click on “Account Details” to update your profile.

How do I get a refund on a mobile app order if the store was closed when I got there/I submitted to the wrong location?
If you have already clicked ‘Place Order’ and you have received the Order Confirmation email, your order was already sent to the restaurant and cannot be cancelled. Please send your request through our Contact Jack page within 30 days of your date of purchase. ** Orders past 30 days will not be refunded. **

How do I redeem an Offer?
To apply the reward/offer, add the qualifying item(s) to your order. Be sure to add the free/discounted menu item(s) to your order. If a purchase requirement exists, ensure the sub-total of the order fulfills the minimum purchase requirement. Once all the items have been added to your order, prior to checkout, review and select the reward/offer and redeem to apply the reward/offer to your order. (You may need to swipe through your offers if it is not visible) Lastly, p roceed to checkout to complete your order.

How do I redeem a Deal?
In order to redeem your reward you will need to do the following:
  1. Start an Order
  2. Add the Menu item to your bag.
  3. In your bag, select this reward or offer and Click or Tap "Redeem" (You may need to swipe through your offers if it is not visible)

Can I use an Offer or get the Everyday Value from the mobile app/website at the restaurant without ordering through the app/website?
No. All Offers in the mobile app & website must be redeemed through a digital order. Besides, you're already on your phone, might as well make the most of it.

Is mobile/web delivery available in my area?
The delivery range varies by location. To see if we deliver to you, please see the following:
Website – Click on the "Delivery" Menu and enter in your address to begin your order.
Mobile App – Tap "Order" and then tap "Delivery" and enter in your address to begin your order.

How do I order delivery from the Jack app or website?
From the homepage dashboard of the Jack app, tap "Order" and tap "Delivery" at the top of the screen under "Order Type" to start your online order. You can update your address as needed and your order will be delivered directly to your door. Click here to start your order.

How do I join The Jack Pack?
If you already have the Jack app downloaded, you can sign up by tapping on "Offers" and then tapping on "Sign Up".
On the website, you can click "Join/Log In" near the top right of the home page and then click on "Sign Up".

Why should I use this app?
Because it's awesome! Especially if you love Jack in the Box^®. The Jack Mobile App makes it easy to order and pay for your food before you arrive at the restaurant. You can also receive Offers you can't find anywhere else! It's like a secret VIP club. Only it's not really secret. In fact, please don't keep it a secret. Tell everyone.

Where can I find my registration offer after I’ve joined The Jack Pack?
Once you have joined the Jack Pack,
Mobile App: you can find your offers under the "Offers" tab and then click "Rewards".
Website: Click on your name on the top right of the website and then click on “Rewards & Offers”
Information on how you can redeem your offer is under the "view details" of your reward. Also, don't forget to check out our offers section for more great deals!

How do I manage my profile info?
Any info you submit when registering for the Jack mobile app or website or joining The Jack Pack can be found under "Account" in the mobile app or Account Details on the Website.

Do I earn points on digital offers or deals?
Yes! You earn points based on the dollar amount you spend, even if you are spending those dollars on a great deal.

Are there any restrictions on how I use my points?
You may redeem one reward per transaction. It is not valid with any other offer.

What can I spend my points on?
Tap on the "Offers" tab within the mobile app or click on your name on the top right-hand corner of the website to bring down the menu and then click on "Rewards & Offers".
In order to redeem your reward, you will need to do the following:
  1. Start an Order
  2. Add the Menu item to your bag.
  3. In your bag, select this reward or offer and Click or Tap "Redeem" (You may need to swipe through your offers if it is not visible)

Can I earn points on delivery orders?
For sure! You can use points to redeem rewards for any Jack app or website purchase, either delivery or pick up. Just remember, you can’t get points for orders placed outside of the Jack app or website.
